Balanced Roots Reflexology

Welcome to September….a time of routines, school schedules and renewed dedication to health and wellness. I am excited to get back into the swing of things and am happy to continue to offer reflexology sessions to you in the comfort of your own home. In order to maintain my own ‘balanced roots’, I have adjusted my work schedule to be able to give my best in work and play. I am available for reflexology sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 2:30pm and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm to 10pm. I hope I can be of help to you on your journey to balanced, whole-body health and as always, look forward to ‘treating’ your feet!

As summer is just around the bend, I thought it a good time to let you know about the change in my work days/times for the months of July and August.

My days/times of availability are:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings 9:30am and 11am

Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:30pm to 10:30pm

Thank you to all who booked a reflexology session, bought a gift certificate, redeemed a gift certificate or donated money this May to help raise funds for the Spectrum Support Group. With your help I was able to raise $1560 to help support young mums here in North Vancouver. A HUGE thank you from the bottom of my heart. I really appreciate it and I know they will too.

This May, in honour of my grandmothers, my mother and all the wonderful women in my life, I am having a month long reflexology fundraiser. The money raised, half of every reflexology session, will go to a North Vancouver organization called Spectrum that supports young mothers through pregnancy, birth and beyond. So instead of flowers or chocolate this year for Mothers’ Day, consider treating your mother (or a mother you know) to a relaxing reflexology session and feel good knowing that your gift has treated your mum and helped support a mother in our community.

I provide a mobile service so your mum can relax in the comfort of her own home. No driving, no parking, no stress!!
