This morning I was at the North Shore Women’s Centre doing my volunteer reflexology sessions. After I finished the session on an elderly Iranian woman, she took my hands and kissed them. She said “Thank you. You have magic hands”<\/p>\n
It made me realize how much we expect of our bodies day in, day out with rarely any simple, heartfelt ‘thank you!’ Thank you to my hands for the compassionate work they do.<\/p>\n
